Casey Witters

Casey Witters is the Founder & Pastor of New Creation Fellowship Church in San Juan Capistrano, CA along with her husband John Witters and founding director Amy Melrose. Casey grew up in church and then spent 17 years going her own independent way. She came back to Jesus in a powerful supernatural encounter that went against everything she thought was possible. Casey is an all-in person and has been all-in with Jesus ever since. She has an insatiable desire to truly live out the abundant life that Jesus promised and see others do the same. Casey believes she has been called as an Agent of Hope to this world to call forth other Agents of Hope around the world to rise up and proclaim the goodness of God in the land of the living.

Casey was raised in El Segundo, California. She attended the United States Air Force Academy where she competed as a NCAA Division I athlete who threw javelin in Track and Field. She was commissioned as a 2nd Lt from USAFA with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management in 2007 and served 6.5 years as an officer in the United States Air Force. She graduated with an MBA focusing on finance and investing from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business then received a Certificate of Personal Financial Planning from the University of California Irvine and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant. Casey left the Air Force to start her wealth management advising business and has experience managing hundreds of millions of dollars in client and government assets. In 2021, she founded Optimize Financial, an RIA, which she oversees as President and CEO.

 

​Casey is married to John Witters and has two children from a previous marriage, Kelly and Joe and a baby boy on the way. Casey is a passionate teacher and has spoken at churches, universities, high schools, and financial advisor forums on a number of topics. She has also given a TEDx talk on Embracing Discipline to an audience of 250+ teachers and educators.
